RCM Strategic Consulting was engaged to create a nonprofit community development corporation with a mission to close the wealth gap between White people and people of color in the Upper Shore by creating access to resources such as affordable homeownership, job readiness, and small business entrepreneurship.

RCM Strategic Consulting put together a team of experts in community development financing, advocacy, and race/equity that is leading efforts to establish the organizational structure, hire staff, recruit board members, develop program areas, engage partners, and raise funds for the 501c3 partnership.
